How to Apply

• Accept your Offer letter.
• Send financial documents for GTE assessment and be ready to face GTE interview.
• Once your GTE Interview is cleared then you will be asked to transfer your tuition fees to university as described in offer letter (6 Month fee min or 1 yr fee) and request for E-COE ( without this Visa cant be filed)
• You can buy OSHC from university or contact us for purchasing OSHC. (In most Cases we can get you OSHC at cheaper price)
• Arrange all docs as per the below checklist
• Once you receive COE – Create visa account at ImmiAccount
• Generates HAP-ID and proceed for medical Examination.
• Complete your Visa application. Pay the Visa fees and upload the requested documents.
• You may be requested for Visa interview by Embassy (Case to Case Basis)
• If requested, appear for the Interview and answer the questions honestly.
• Once everything is completed, Visa decision is given within 4-8 weeks.
• If decision is favorable, E- Visa will be granted. Just Take a printout of that
• Post Visa, book your Flights...Best of Luck ! </p>

10. Income Tax Return / Form 16 of your Sponsor ( 3 years Mandatory)

• Q1. How long does it take to get a student visa in Australia?

  Ans. The processing time for a student visa application can vary depending on where you are applying from, and the volume of applications being processed at the time. Still, it is recommended to apply as early as Six to Ten weeks from your course start date.

   

  Q2. How much money do I need to show for a student visa in Australia?

  Ans. You will need to show that you have enough money to cover your tuition fees and living expenses for the duration of your studies. The exact amount you will need to show will depend on the length of your course and where you will be studying in Australia.

   

  Q3. What type of health insurance do I need for a student visa in Australia?

  Ans. You will need to have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire duration of your studies in Australia + Three Months EXTRA ( 1 month prior + 2 Month Post). OSHC covers basic medical treatment and hospital care, so additional insurance may be purchased to cover extras such as dental or optical care.

   

  Q4. Can I change my course or educational institution after I have been granted a student visa?

  Ans. Yes, you are allowed to change your course or educational institution even after you have been granted a student visa. But you will need to inform the Australian Immigration of the change and provide updated information about your new course or institution.
